Exhibition fees
9 square meters’ standard booth (3m*3m):20500 RMB/each;
Floor-only booth:2145 RMB/per square meter, starting at 36 square meters;
Configuration for the standard booth: Three-side boards, carpet, one table, two foldable chairs, two lamps, one 5A power supply;
Configuration for the floor-only booth: Configured according to the business’ requirements. With expenditures arising there of covered separately by the exhibitors.
The exhibitor has booked

square meters of floor-only booth;
The total exhibition fee is

Advertisement fees
“Exhibition Journal”: Cover 2 and 3: 10000 RMB, back cover: 15000 RMB, colored interleaf: 8000 RMB.
Exhibition regulations (very important for your space application)
1)The application materials must be delivered to the organizing committee through mailing or courier services. Faxed forms are invalid.
2)Please exercise discretion in fill in the application form and attach it with the applicant’s official seal. Forms without seal stamps shall be regarded as invalid.
3)Please ensure that the information submitted are clear, specific, accurate and genuine.
4)Application packages must include :
Application form + Applicant’s official seal
Production license and GMP certificate in the case of a pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise
Operation license and GMP certificate in the case of a pharmaceutical commercial enterprise.
Copies of the business license
The above materials must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant
Booths not confirmed by the organizing committee shall be deemed invalid.
Having submitted its application form and been confirmed by the organizing committee, and only when the booth confirmation letter and payment notice have been received by the applicant, the latter’s exhibition agreement with the hosts will become effective.
In the ease of a failure of the exhibitor to complete the payment within the deadline, the organizing committee shall have the mandate to cancel the booth booked by the applicant concerned.
